County Prosecutor speaks his mind

In a recent Cincinnati Enquirer Article Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters gave his opinions of the City leadership as well as criminals downtown and in over-the-rhine. Of the City leaders, Deters said they lack
the background, training and experience to dictate how the police can do their job.According to The Enquirer Article, Deters declined to name any names whatsoever.
Of the criminals Deter said,
The time has come for the city to realize what we are dealing with - lawless vermin.This is exactly the type of talk that makes law-abiding citizens of crime-plagued Cincinnati communities afraid to participate in a relationship with local police.
